Maude Lybrand Rawl web posted February 17, 2010 JOHNSTON – Mrs. Maude Lybrand Rawl, 94, of Johnston, died Monday February 15, 2010 at Edgefield County Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Thursday February 18, 2010 at 2 P.M. at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Johnston with burial in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Rawl was a native of Edgefield County and was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, where she was a member of the Mt. Calvary V.I.P. and the women of E.C.L.A. She was a Homemaker. Survivors include 2 daughters- Carolyn (Walter) Hennies, Columbia, Gloria (Phillip B.) Bryan, Edgefield. 1 Brother- Rufus Lybrand, Johnston. 1 Sister- Myrtis DeLoache, Calhoun, Ga. 3 Grandchildren- Laurie Seel, Columbia, Brooke (Pattie) Bryan, Graniteville, Wesley (Allison) Bryan, New Mexico. And 7 Great-Grandchildren. Memorials may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church 620 Calhoun St. Johnston, S.C. 29832 or Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church 1186 Mt. Calvary Rd. Johnston, S.C. 29832. The family is at the home of Gloria Bryan on Meeting Street Rd. Edgefield and will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home. © Copyright 2010
