web posted February 23, 2019
obit_plummer_sa
TRENTON, SC - Sarah M. Plummer departed this life on Friday, February 15, 2019 after 72 years of a beautifully lived life. She fought a brave battle against cancer.

Sarah was born February 20, 1946 in  Bronx, New York to the late Jack and Margaret Daniells. She moved to South Carolina in 1977. She enjoyed plucking weeds and paying bills. She also enjoyed playing the lottery and bingo (lucky B-13). Most important to her was the time spent with her family and friends, especially her grandbabies and great-grandbabies. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Everyone she met became a friend.

In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by siblings: Patrick, Margaret, Emily, Mary, and Thomas; and a grandson, Mason Whittle.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, William Allan Plummer, of the home; two daughters, Melissa Custeau Murphy (John), Trenton, SC and Corrinna Marie Custeau-Bishop (Gary) of Massachusetts; two sons, Robert Daryll Custeau (Mary Ann), Pickens, SC and David Brian Custeau (Pam Long) of  Trenton, SC ; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Julie Paschal-Chamberlain (Wallace) of Johns Island, SC; and a brother, John Daniells (Rose) of The Villages, Florida.

Services for Sarah will be held at a later date.

The family requests that you plant a flower in her memory or pluck a weed.

The Historic George Funeral Home, 211 Park Ave., SW, Aiken, SC 29801 (803.649.6234), has charge of arrangements.
