Mandy's Friendly Garden

                                                          Whatley Owens
Mandy is a proud 2011 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School where she gained a love of horticulture as an officer in the Future Farmers of America (FFA) directed by Dr. Darla Steele.  She competed on a number of teams, and in the summer of 2010, completed the S.C. Commissioner's School of Agriculture at Clemson University. Mandy is currently a horticulturist on the Landscape Team at Sage Valley Golf  Course.  Her focus there is annual plant design throughout the course and clubhouse.  She is also called upon to assist with the clubs floral work because of her background as the owner of "The Floral Bar" which specializes in floral work for weddings and more.
